First Impressions Matter

By July 19, 2018

We’ve all heard the saying that first impressions matter when it comes to introducing yourself in a situation. Well, the same thing goes for your event entrance. The event entrance is the first opportunity to grab the attendee’s attention and get the ambiance set. Here are our top four ways to create the biggest impact.

  1. Bond Peephole– Get your Bond on and have the entrance to your event look like a movie with the walkthrough peephole. Fix the lighting in the room so that you can create silhouettes of attendees or special guest presenters as they enter the room.
  2. Starlit Tunnel– Turn out the lights in the hall way or create a dark tunnel then string floating lights in the hall to create a starry night type of look. Guests will love the way the tunnel transitions them into the next area of your event.
  3. Modern Registration– Sometimes, less is more! Set up a very clean, modern registration center so guests aren’t overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle at the event.
  4. Sponsored Entrance Facades– Unique sponsorship ideas can be achieved by incorporating entrance facades as part of a high-end sponsorship package. Attendees will see the sponsor’s branding and signage right when they enter the scene.
