The Fourth of July is less than a week away and if you’re planning an event around the patriotic theme, you’ll want to have the most star-spangled elements. Here are 4 simple ideas to make your Fourth of July event the patriotic flare it calls for.

  1. Red, White, Blue- Build your event theme around Old Glory! Red, white, and blue décor can be spread throughout your entire event venue. Use these colors for tables settings, balloons, and flower arrangements.
  2. Party Favors- Send your guests home with fun party favors. Party poppers, streamers, mini flags, and more can be given to guests as trinkets.
  3. Food– Make your desserts pop with the colors of the flag! Cater cheesecake squares with blueberries and strawberries or cupcakes with American flags for dessert.
  4. Uncle Sam- Incorporate Uncle Sam into your event! Use Uncle Sam hats as centerpieces for the tables. Punch a hole through the top of the hat and add streamers and flowers to the hats. His iconic image can also make for a fun step and repeat for your guests to pose with.
