Ever wonder if your event should have a program or what information you should put into the pamphlet? Event programs help familiarize your guest swiftly, and minimize confusion by condensing the most important info to fit a palm-sized piece of paper or an electronic device. Eventbrite has what every planner should include in their programs. Here are four aspects we think are must-haves.

  1. The Basics- This should be a no-brainer, but always include your event’s name, date, and location. Ensure that your guests know the basics.
  2. Schedule- Include the locations of individual sessions, luncheons, cocktail receptions and more by placing the most popular sessions on the program.
  3. Social Media Platforms- Gain exposure at your event by letting guests know your event’s social pages, handles, and hashtags. Encourage guests to use the hashtag to drive engagement on social media and promote it throughout the community.
  4. Sponsor and Vendors- If your event is sponsored or has vendors participating, be sure to place their logo somewhere on the pamphlet. It’s a win-win situation for the sponsor and your event if they want to continue doing business.

Did your last event have a program? What do you consider a must-have thing to include? Let us know in the comments below!
